Heavy Hearts!

"Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad." (‭Proverbs‬ ‭12‬:‭25‬ KJV)

"Heaviness" in the Hebrew means anxiety or fear. The stress and pressure of life is pressing down on each of us as we go through our day. If it's not something personal, it's a family member or friend. It seems the weight of some days is so heavy it's hard to make it to bedtime, then you can't sleep. You lay in bed with your mind racing, praying for a better tomorrow. You finally go to sleep but when the sun rises on a new day the pressure is still weighing heavy on you. The word "stoop" means to depress or press down! Life is real every day and we are living in the last days, a time when Christ said "men's heart would fail them for fear"! (Luke 21:26) The good news is, God doesn't give us the "spirit of fear but of power, love and a strong mind."
(2 Timothy 1:7)
God has a lot of "good words" for you in His Word. God's Word is filled with promises of hope, peace and healing. We must read His Word and believe it with all faith. We build our faith by hearing, reading and believing the Word of God!! "
"The house of the wicked shall be overthrown: but the tabernacle of the upright shall flourish." (‭Proverbs‬ ‭14‬:‭11‬ KJV) It doesn't matter what is going at a house across town, just know that good news is on its way to your house from God!!! "As cold waters to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country." (‭Proverbs‬ ‭25‬:‭25‬ KJV) The good will come......

"A new, new day will come
When the children will run and laugh with the son"

"And I'll wait for the day that is done
I will do, I will do whatever it takes
To believe a new day will come" New Day/ Griffin House/Lost and Found
