The lesser person is always intimidated by the greater.
The unsuccessful person is always intimidated by the successful.
The hypocritical person is always intimidated by the person of integrity.
The one that is bitter is always intimidated by the person that is happy.
The unforgiving person is always intimidated by the forgiving.
The immature person is always intimidated by the mature one.
What? The "intimidated" has to justify their actions and words so they are always whining about something because they have a jealous, critical spirit. Instead of learning from the wiser person that intimidates them they evacuate the room because they don't know how to survive without attention. They live to get attention but if someone else gets their "entitled" attention, they have no idea how to respond. The person that has inner peace, that speaks the truth and lives for God can sleep at night because they don't have anything to prove. The Book that we base our beliefs on is called the Bible, the Inspired Word of God. It is the foundation upon which we stand therefore, in Christ, we can always win!! "Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place."(2 Corinthians 2:14 KJV) You should know that the people that intimidate you are probably not even aware that it's happening because they have a spirit of excellence about them and you may be suffering from low self esteem. Read the Gospels, slow and deliberate, Jesus walked in authority answering His critics questions with questions which revealed their own emptiness!! What do you fill yourself with everyday? If you want confidence, you can only get that from the Word of God!
