What will you teach us?
As we travel through life we are obviously not alone on a planet with almost 8 billion. We can and should learn something everyday. We can gain knowledge in various ways. God said in His Word that we should learn from one another, "Iron sharpens Iron"!
"Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend." (Proverbs 27:17 KJV)
What will the words and actions you express today teach us? We are always concerned with teaching people how to live not facing the inevitable truth in God's Word that it is, "appointed unto man once to die"!
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" (Hebrews 9:27 KJV)
A few months ago Richard Lewis was diagnosed with cancer but unlike the majority of people he seemed unscathed emotionally! In our society we would say, "He faced it like a man!" He knew that God could heal him but he also knew that we all will face death but we do not know the day nor the hour!!! Richard has maintained a peace that only God can give through this journey!! His life is being sustained by the mercy of medicine and God is more than able to resurrect him from the dead!!! If that doesn't happen, Richard Lewis will teach us how to die!!! It is a lesson in the realities of this sin cursed earth that we must all face!! So watch and learn how to walk through a door into eternity without ever batting an eye!! It's something you may need to know at any moment!!! PLEASE PRAY FOR THE RICHARD LEWIS FAMILY!!!
