"The only opinion that matters is God's"
Believe what God says about you and your purpose because it never changes nor will it ever change!! Do not pay any attention to what people say about you that changes constantly with ever random thought they have or hear about you. It doesn't really matter because God has the final say.....

"Let there be Light"
If you have no idea how to pray about a problem you are facing, just look at it and say, "Let there be Light"! When you speak in faith, God will release light into your darkness!!
"And God said, Let there be light: and there was light."(Genesis 1:3)

"Today"
Today is the first day of the rest of my life!!!! The word "Salvation" references our eternal salvation in its root meaning but it blossoms from there; It also means healing from sickness, deliverance from bondage, from hopelessness to hope, etc.... It means that we have been given by God Himself, an assured and gracious welcome into His "world without end"!!! All that is His, is ours, so today I believe and receive all that God has for me in my future. TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY IN THE REST OF MY LIFE!
"(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)"(2Corinthians 6:2)

I still believe in God and America!!!
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."(2 Chronicles 7:14)
We all remember where we were 12 years ago today but my biggest concern is, do we know where we are today? Where are our leaders leading us and what is their agenda? Are they trying to completely destroy the American way of life? Our only hope is in God!!!

"A Preacher"
Today, 31 years ago I surrendered my life to preach the Gospel. I thank God for the countless opportunities that He has given my family to minister to the wonderful people that He created. Its has been an amazing journey and I am humbled that He chose me.
"For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called"
(1 Corinthians 1:26)
I would like to thank my sons, Matthew and Micah for faithfully supporting my calling without complaint, in spite of the many challenges one can encounter while traveling in ministry. I do not have words to describe how I feel about the faithfulness of my wife, Kari M. Boatner, she also surrendered her life to the ministry that night 31 years ago. Please know that the Boatner's love you and are humbled by your support and encouragement over the years. May God Bless each of you!!! "How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? "

"Transformed"
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:2
" Be ye transformed". If you want to change something in your life then you'll have to change the way you think. Sometimes we say that we act or speak before we think but we really can't. Your thought process is what controls your words and your behavior. If you want to change your life, you have to completely change the way you think. Transformation begins in the mind. Paul said
"For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace." (Romans 8:6) If you think death, you will talk death and if you talk death then you are not only killing yourself but those that are around you. If you want life and peace then you will have to think life and peace. Do you want change the mood in your house? You'll have to change the mood in your mind. God created the earth by speaking, what are you creating with your words? We are created in the image of God, so what we say, we have and we speak what we think. The only way you can change your thinking is to re-program your mind with the Bible. You may need to change your intake, the Information that you allow into your ears and eyes. What are you putting into your mind that is controlling your mood and attitude? "Take heed what you hear"(Mark 4:24)
We are accountable to God for what we hear. What's the first thing you allow into your eye gate and ear gate in the mornings? Is it the hopeless, negative news broadcast or the powerful, pure, life changing Word of God? Take control of your life, it starts with your mind or someone else will continue controlling you. Who's in charge at your house and what is God's will for your life? If you want to know the will of God, you'll have to renew your mind to find that out and knowing God's will brings spiritual peace into your life.

"America"
Please pray for the leaders of our great country. They need to know that we need the Wisdom and Mercy of God Almighty!!! As a Spiritual Leader in America, I'm concerned they have overlooked that very important fact.
"I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;"(1 Timothy 2:1-3)

"Power to the Faint"
"He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might He increaseth strength." Isaiah 40:29
"He giveth power to the faint". Aren't you glad you're not on you're own? What if you had to walk life's journey all by yourself? Jesus is always near, when you whisper His Name, He says "Here I Am". (Isaiah 58:9) He is never far away because we have been "made nigh by the Blood of Jesus". (Ephesians 2:13) When the Apostle Paul was facing a very hard time in His life he received the Grace that He needed to keep moving forward. Are you facing issues that have worn you out, drained you of all your strength and you don't feel like you can make another step? Paul prayed three times about His "thorn in the flesh" and He passed the answer on to us.
"And He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.". (11 Corinthians 12:9) The power of Jesus rests upon us to give us strength when we don't think there is any way we can conquer the problems we are facing. In the verse for today Isaiah is talking to those that "have NO might", no strength left within them. "Let the weak say, I am strong". (Joel 3:10). During the weak times in our life we must learn to confess that Jesus is our strength. Just like the day you got saved, you confessed Jesus to be your Savior and He saved you. Today if you will confess that He is your strength, He will be all you need Him to be. We need to get a revaluation that we can't always be the "hero"of the latest problem. We are worn out from straightening every picture on every wall. Some walls and pictures are not that important to life!
"I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me".(Philippians 4:19) True Christianity is not always about what you do for God but what He does for you. It is not possible to be a Christian without Christ and it is not possible to stay strong without leaning on the giver of supernatural strength!!

"Diligent in Business"
"Diligent in Business"
Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. Proverbs 22:29
"Diligence" Choosing your path and staying the course! There is nothing better that doing the right stuff and doing it consistently. Make God choices and stay the course. God has a plan for each of us, it basically will bring Glory to God and build us up. When we are faithful to Gods will for our lives, He will open up opportunities for us. First of all we need to expect opportunities, not walk around saying that good things will never happen to me. I hear people say all the time that all they have is bad luck, quit blaming your messed up life on everything that didn't go like you wished and people that didn't do as they should. (BTW, luck is not in the Bible and most people are human beings thereby being unreliable) As the verse says "Be diligent in your business", in other words, find out what your gifts are and do them. If you want great opportunities, start acting like you want them and believing for them to come. Let the walls come down that you've put up to protect yourself from being hurt, everyone is not out to get you. I know we've all been hurt at one time or another and we build protective walls. You know what, if we are not careful those same walls will keep opportunities out and begin to define who we are. Please don't let your hurts define who you are, sure they influence us, they change us, but we should let them make us better, not bitter. Bitterness is a wall built by past hurts that will stop us from seeing the great opportunities God has for us and bitterness is like a cancer that will eat you alive! Quit looking back and start looking ahead with hope and faith to the great future that God has for you. There are many passages of scripture that openly declare that our God can transform us from being last to first, dung hills to the palace, no more the tail but the head and make a desert become standing waters. Let your past go, get dressed for greatness because YOU are about to stand before Kings!!!

"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."(Romans 12:2)
Don't allow your image of yourself be shaped by others. We need to allow God to shape us so that we become a product of "Divine Design". We must pursue His approval and by doing so, the disapproval of others won't have a negative impact on our lives. We are transformed by changing the way we think and as we are being transformed the Will of God will become clear to us. Follow Him, not them!!
