"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:"(Matthew 28:19)
"Go" To all the Preachers and their families that have left their homes to go to a foreign land to tell people about Jesus; To the unknown serving in forgotten places where without you they wouldn't have a witness. I don't know what to say to you but I wish you could see through the wireless world of technology and see the tears that are flooding down my face in your honor!! Ladies and Gentlemen, The Boatner's salute you because I know how forgotten you must feel at times, how you must miss your families, how you privately cry yourself to sleep some nights because you miss your homeland. You have a call on your life that others don't have, a call that you love, but sometimes, not so much, because of the pain of loneliness. I know I'm being brutally honest but I want you to know that there is a group of people in Philadelphia, MS-USA called "God's House" and the Scott Boatner Ministries International Family salute You!! We love, respect and honor you today for what you do for Jesus. Having been to a very "hotspot" in a third world country, so I know a little bit about how you feel. I'm personally sorry for not praying enough on your behalf, please forgive me? Before long I'll enter my 4th decade of ministry and I want to have a better grasp of the world not just the 4 walls of our comfortable American churches. Although I feel I'm called to the American church to inspire them to rise to the challenge of the moment. I fully believe there are enough resources in America to evangelize the World. Don't worry I'm not asking you for your money, I'll let God do that work in your life and I know you'll listen to His Voice. It's just my prayer that God use me and put the resources in my life that I need to do my part. Scott Boatner Ministries International has invitations from cities in Pakistan, Uganda and Kenya, Africa, the needs are overwhelming. They are hungry for help to get ministries birthed in their countries. I want to believe more, do more, be more and help enable other ministries to see the call of God on their lives fulfilled. Jesus is coming soon, we have a lot to do but if we all come together as one, I have no doubt that all of God's Plans for us will be done on time. So give yourself a knuckle bump from our ministry to yours, you deserve it and today we honor you for your great service. We love You!
I Believe,
Scott L. Boatner
Please share with the people you know serving on foreign soil.

"Rejoice"
"Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice."(Phillipians 4;4)
"Rejoice". It's a choice! I strongly suggest that you make it everyday of your life. The only way you can enjoy each day to its fullest is to choose to Rejoice "in the Lord". We must be aware of the Biblical Truth that our Joy comes from the Lord. The word in the Greek means "to be cheerful and calmly happy", very good stuff that we need on a daily basis. BTW, if you read the verse in context, you'll notice it's not a suggestion but a command. So choose to obey the Bible and "Rejoice in the Lord", because that's what the followers of Jesus Christ do. Earlier in this book the Apostle Paul tells us to; "Do all things without murmurings and disputings:"(Phillipians 2:14) As a Preacher, I'm very confident that if we "followers of Christ", did less complaining, whining and more Rejoicing, things might be better around the home front. As a Christian, I know beyond any shadow of a doubt that recent events in my life have made very ashamed of all my murmuring. I willingly choose to "Rejoice in the Lord". It's an active choice of my human will that God Himself gave me when He formed me in my mothers womb. God has Soveriegnly designed plans and purposes for all of our lives but He included a feature that allows us to participate in those plans to bring an expected end. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."(Jeremiah 29:11). The Apostle Paul, in very trying circumstances, said, " I think myself Happy", unless you have ever been faced with the possibility of loosing your life simply because you believe in Jesus, you cannot possibly understand to the fullest of what Paul was talking about in Acts. But even though most Christians have never been in that situation, you still face challenges each day that steal your JOY! Well, for now, "It is what it is" and you might as well choose to Rejoice "IN" the Lord until He changes you or your circumstances. All things that God is involved in, change, so just TRUST HIM for a little while longer and you will see Him move on your behalf. "REJOICE"

"The Path to Honour"
"The Path to Honour"
"Poverty and shame shall be to him that refuseth instruction: but he that regardeth reproof shall be honoured."(Proverbs 13:18)
"Regardeth Reproof" Learning to listen is a very valuable lesson in ones life. Admittedly, we hear things that sting a bit but it's up to us what we do with the new revelation in our lives. If the people in our lives really love us, they will tell us the truth. I'm sure some of our friends that we receive councel from could use a little more tact in their speech at times. The word "Reproof" in this text means to correct, so we must categorize the people in our lives that are wanting to correct us in love or those that are simply just judging us. If you are going to grow in Christ, you will have to make an active choice of your will to allow your spirit to be reproved. There is one safeguard that I would suggest you put in place in your spirit before you go and get all submissive. Beware of people that feel they have been placed on earth as God's gift to correct humanity, especially you. But please be aware that God rewards those that respond to His reproof by way of His Word, His Spirit or by one of His servants. "Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you."(Proverbs 1:23) When God calls us to turn back and we turn, we will be blessed!! If we refuse to listen to His counsel and do not heed His warning we are headed down a destructive path that will have consequences beyond anything you can imagine. "They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices."(Proverbs 1:30-31) In our verse for today we are promised honor if we regard His reproof. The level of reproof is based upon the level of correction needed. Sometime a parent may yell loudly at a child if they are stepping in front of a car but only whisper in other circumstances. God has been speaking to the Boatner Family about our future and revising our vision. God does this by revealing things to us by His Word, His Spirit and sometime circumstances can speak to us to tweak our course. Please don't refuse His instruction but listen to Him thereby being honored and blessed!!

"It's been long enough"
"The LORD our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount: Turn you, and take your journey, and go....."Deuteronomy 1:6-7a
There are times when God challenges us to move forward in our spiritual journey. It's a moment in time when a life choice must be made by simply saying, OK. God, I'm all yours and I agree, we've looked at this mountain long enough!!

"Whosoever Hath"
"Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he seemeth to have."(Luke 8:18)
"Whosoever hath" In this verse there are two different groups of people represented, those that have and those that have not!! Jesus says that if you have, then you will be given more but if you don't have, what you don't have will be taken away. If you will look closely at the verse you'll see the words "seemeth to have", because we assume people have a good heart because they look good on the outside. We make the mistake of thinking that just because someone has something in their hands that it's in their hearts to use it for God if they attend church. Jesus makes it very clear that He knows the difference between service with heart and service without heart. If God has blessed your hands with talents and gifts to use for Him but you don't have the passion to do so, you will have it taken away. You will look down one day and what you once had will be gone because you never had the passion in your heart to use it for the Kingdom. "Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath."(Matthew 25:18-29). You will look up one day and what you once did for the advancement of the Kingdom of God, someone else will be doing, because you didn't appreciate what you had!! You will be lonely, empty, and regretting the years you missed. Those of you that have your hands to the plow and you have plowing in your heart, to you more will be given in ABUNDANCE!! The God of the harvest will make sure you are blessed by the harvest when the crop comes in and it WILL come, just keep plowing!! GOD IS FAITHFUL!!

"Deliberate or Random"
"The hand of the diligent shall bear rule..." Proverbs 12:24a
What if sunrise was some random event? It was just random everyday, rather than a consistent Law of the Universe that we can count on every morning of our life. So many of us just live our lives in "Random Mode", just wherever the winds of life take me today. Have you ever thought about the word deliberate? I mean, you take charge of your day, by simply being aware that one of your actions causes a reaction somewhere else on the planet that will involve the lives of others. Let's do deliberate not random!!! Now don't get all out of balance and legalistic which will remove all the joy out of your life. Always be deliberate in "LIFE CHOICES!! However deliberately set aside some time for yourself, you'll be amazed at the power and self-confidence this will give you. Smart, Succesful, Super Accomplished People never do random, they always do Deliberate!!! Are your days deliberate or random?? Do you have a plan for your life? What will you be doing a year from now? Rearrange the furniture of your mind from random to deliberate and I promise you that twelve months from now the quality of your life will be better than today!!!! God has plans for you, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this...... He doesn't do random!!!
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."(Jeremiah 29:11)

"Know what is Good"
"Know what is Good"
"For the ear trieth words, as the mouth tasteth meat. Let us choose to us judgment: let us know among ourselves what is good."(Job 34:3-4)
"Know what is good". We should be raised in a church that teaches us to know good but in many cases the definition of "good" is confusing, especially in the religious world. In the "World of Religions", good is defined by what someone says you have to do or say this year to be a part of their group. Some people want acceptance so bad that they will almost do anything they are told to be allowed into the "click" or just simply acknowledged by certain people. After being in ministry for several years you begin to notice that religious people go through fads just like the secular system. True Christianity is not a passing fad that changes every few years but a constant and consistent relationship with Jesus Christ that is eternally secured by the Blood of Jesus Christ. "Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us."(Hebrews 9:12)
Please notice the word "eternal" in this verse, if its eternal, it last forever without changes of any kind. In order to "know good", you must know the Word of God. I'm amazed at the things people do in the Church at large and call it good. You can call a butterfly a billy goat but it doesn't make a butterfly a billy goat. The Bible clearly defines what is good and we should obtain our knowledge of good from the Word. If you are taught to do certain things to please your religious group then you change groups and they tell you something else is good, in fact what they told you was bad, if you do not know your scriptures, you are going to be as confused as a termite in a yo-yo. Elihu, in the book of Job says we need to know good ourselves!! The unfortunate conclusion of this type of "bounce around" church experience is that you will not have a clue what God expects of you. I talk with so many people that assume they have completely failed God because someone told them so. Are you going to let someone else dictate your life or you going to let the Bible speak into your life?
"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."(John 8:32) The choice is yours......
